The two most importance issues in the US are jobs for everyone & the trade deficit.  The government deficit can be fixed & the health care situation resolved as secondary issues to the previous.  Health care should be simplified to a single payer system.  The republican party is dysfunctional.  All countries should work towards becoming 'green' & energy independent.  Multinational companies should limited & small businesses promoted.  Third-world countries should protect legitimate farmers li...
